He has more than 16 years of experience in the domains of Audit, CRM, Sales and Marketing. He has been a part of Casagrand from 2012 and has played a crucial role in shaping the organization’s growth. Earlier, he has spearheaded the Sales for the company handling projects across Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru and ensured an average of 45% incremental growth YOY of topline (over the past 6 years). He strengthened the company’s expansion model, by setting up a sales office in Dubai, through which 10% of the entire topline business was generated. C.G. Sathish is heading the company’s Bengaluru business since August 2017. Within a short span of time, the region has witnessed increased topline by 60%. Since then, he has been successfully supervising the strategic & business aspects of the company by creating a vision in line with the management’s expectations, accelerating acquisition & saving costs. Under his leadership, the region is expected to set a strong footprint in the Bengaluru market by achieving newer milestones YOY.

Siva Sankar Reddy is the Director – Chennai and Hyderabad at Casagrand Builder Private Limited. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and he brings experience in taxation, treasury, compliance and investor relations. Prior to Casagrand, he has worked with leading organizations, including MARG, SPIC and Novatium Solutions. Under his supervision credit access has taken a paradigm shift from single banking to multiple banking relationships.

Gautam Aggarwal is the Senior Vice President at Casagrand Builder Private Limited heading Product Development and Innovation. An engineer by qualification, Gautam brings more than 7 years of sales, marketing and product development experience. Prior to Casagrand, he was associated with Auraley Foods and Swastik Surgical Industries. He also holds an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai.

Rajneesh Jain has 20 Plus years of experience in finance with expertise in debt management, Assets sale, Financial processes & Systems, reviewing complex financial data to facilitate growth of organizations. In his career span he has spent major stint of his employment being with Taj group of hotels. Prior to joining he was working as CFO of Oriental Hotels Ltd, an Associate co. of Taj Group of hotels. He holds Chartered Accountants qualification.

Sumanth Krishna R is the Director of Casagrand Builder Private Limited and heads Strategy and Systems. An engineer by qualification, Sumanth Krishna R brings more than 15 years of experience from various prestigious organizations like HCL Technologies and CRISIL. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management from Management Development Institute in Gurgaon.
